A desperate call for help pierces the icy silence as a fisherman falls through the frozen surface of a lake, trapped in the freezing water below. Firefighters 
and paramedics 
race to the scene, their equipment clattering against the frosty air. 
The ice creaks ominously as rescue teams inch closer, their every step a calculated risk.
Adrenaline surges as a firefighter in a cold-water suit 
plunges into the frigid depths, securing the victim with a harness while the team pulls them to safety. Paramedics are ready on the shore, wrapping the shivering survivor in thermal blankets 
and initiating lifesaving care. Every second counts in this life-or-death rescue amid the stark and unforgiving winter landscape

This mission is located at the POIs “Lake” or “River” 
and requires 1 fire station and 1 ambulance station
